Chapter 1
Definitions
Administrator of personal data – "MB CONSULTING” MACIEJ BRATEK ul. Dowborczyków 10, lok. 21, 90-019 Łódź, NIP: 7282567571, REGON 100796450 hereinafter referred to as the “Administrator”.
- Website – the Administrator’s website www.sklep.vitesi.com
- Act – Act on the Protection of Personal Data of 29.08.1997; Polish Journal of Laws of 2016, item 922 as amended.
- User – an entity using the Administrator’s website who is a natural person, legal person or an organizational unit without legal personality, undertakes to comply with the requirements of this Privacy Policy.
- Terminal device – a telecommunications device intended for connection directly or indirectly to network terminations.

General information
- Expressing consent to comply with this Privacy Policy is tantamount to full acceptance of the conditions contained in the above Policy.
- This Privacy Policy sets out the principles for the processing and protection of personal data provided by Users due to their use of the Website.

- made restrictions on the processing of his/her data,
- transferring his/her data,
- notify his/her objections to the processing of his/her data,
- withdrawal his/her consent for personal data processing any time
- complain to RODO when, considers that processing of his/her personal data violates the provisions of the Act and the General Data Protection Regulation of 24 April 2016.
Chapter 4
Transitional and final provisions
- In matters not covered by this Privacy Policy, the generally applicable provisions of the law shall apply.
- The Service Provider reserves the right to make changes to the Privacy Policy for important reasons, i.e. due to the changes in the provisions of law that affect the implementation of this Policy.
- The Administrator reserves the right to inform electronically about the changes in the content of this Privacy Policy.
